Meet Pancreas Joe

These strips were published between 1988 and 1989 for the Cal State Hayward newpaper, The Pioneer. Denny Holland did all of the exceptional artwork, of an unusually high quality for a comic strip, and with Tony Teresa, wrote the stories. In March of 1989 the California Collegiate Newspaper Assoc. gave "Meet Pancreas Joe" an award for being one of the best college comic strips in the state of California.
